FAQ

Is there a charge for your estimate service?

No charge at all! When you provide comprehensive project details, it allows me to give you an accurate and high-quality estimate. We’re in this together, and I genuinely appreciate your collaboration.

Which materials should I purchase?

You’d need to purchase tiles and trim (either metal trim from Schluter or standard tile trim). As for us, we handle:

  • Materials included in the service cost: This encompasses mortar, thinset, grout, and caulking.
  • Materials outside the service fee: We’ll obtain these for you, but they’ll be billed separately. This includes Schluter products, Kerdi wall panels, sealants, waterproofing solutions, and more. Your estimate will provide a detailed breakdown.

How much time is required to finish a project?

We pride ourselves on punctuality and always strive to meet our project timelines. Here’s a general overview:

  • Backsplash: 1-3 days.
  • Standard Shower (up to 100 sq. ft. wall area): 2-4 days.
  • Large Shower Room (up to 300 sq. ft. wall area): 4-7 days.
  • Floors (up to 500 sq. ft.): 3-5 days.
  • Floors (up to 2,000 sq. ft.): 7-10 days.

What specifics are required for an estimate?

Your project’s cost hinges on a few critical aspects:

  • Type and size of the tile, along with its layout.
  • The state of wall and floor surfaces that need preparation.
  • Any custom choices or preferences you have.
  • By sending over photos or videos that highlight these factors, I can quickly provide you with a precise cost and timeline for the project. Reach out with all project specifics via:

What would you advise a client looking to hire an expert in your field?

Before hiring a professional in our industry, consider the following recommendations:

  1. Diverse Portfolio and Reviews: Browse through portfolios on multiple platforms and read client feedback. This will give you an understanding of the specialist’s past work and client satisfaction.
  2. Reference Checks: Request contact information of previous clients. Speaking with them will offer firsthand insight into the quality and professionalism of the specialist’s work.
  3. Clear Communication is Key: Pay attention to the specialist’s communication style. If they’re vague about details, hesitant to provide clear pricing, or provide unsatisfactory responses, it might indicate potential issues during the project.
  4. Know What to Expect: Before starting any project, ensure you receive a detailed estimate, a clear timeline, a comprehensive list of materials, and an unambiguous pricing structure. Transparency from the start sets the stage for a smoother project execution.

Remember, it’s crucial to have confidence in your chosen professional to ensure your project’s success.
