What was done and where?
Spacious shower room in a private house in California.
What challenge did we solve?
This was the largest shower room we’ve ever worked on — with massive tiles that required large, perfectly flat surfaces. The floor needed a precise slope to ensure proper drainage. Originally, this was a small shower area, but we carried out a full redesign to enlarge the space, including all plumbing and electrical work.
We recommended installing waterproof wall panels as the base, but the client decided to save some costs — so we treated the walls with a red waterproofing coating instead.
What were the key features of this project?
- Extra-large format tiles on part of the walls
- Custom-designed drainage system for high water flow
- Multiple plumbing and electrical outlets coming from walls and ceiling
